ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING
JOIN US for the 2025 Indiana Players Members’ Meeting on:
Wednesday, May 21st at 7:00pm
at the Philadelphia Street Playhouse
The Annual Members’ meeting is a time for the IPI community to gather together as we:

Hear reports from the current Board of Directors reviewing the past year and sharing plans and goals for the future of the Indiana Players

Celebrate the hard work and success of our members and our organization including the announcing and awarding this year's Most Valuable Player

Become the first to hear the announcement of the Indiana Players’ 2025-2026 Mainstage Season
-
Hold elections for the Board of Directors - run for an open position, nominate a members of the IPI community, and use your vote to impact the future of the Indiana Players
Elections will be held for the following 2025-2026 Board of Directors positions:
President
Theater Manager
Fundraising Manager
All board positions are a two-year term. You must be 18 years of age or older to serve on the Board. In order to nominate, vote, run for, or accept a position on the Board of Directors, you must be a paid member at the time of the Annual Members’ Meeting.

You can also support live, local community theater by becoming a member! Membership provides you with discounted admission at all mainstage productions and allows you to run for and elect the Board of Directors at our annual meeting each May.
Annual Membership Fees:
Family: $60
Individual: $25
Senior: $20
Student: $20
Become a member by filling out our online Membership Form (membership fee payment required to submit) or by filling out a paper form at any Indiana Players event and turning in the form along with your membership fee payment (via card, cash, or check) at the Box Office.
Any Member of the Indiana Players is welcome to attend the monthly meeting of the IPI Board of Directors.
