The Indiana Players Film Festival 2010

2010 marks the debut of the Indiana Players Film Festival. The Indiana Players Film Festival supports filmmakers who create short works (defined as 20 minutes or shorter) from across all genres. We are especially interested in unique and original perspectives and provide an outlet for films that may otherwise be overlooked by the mainstream festivals.

For our first festival, we are putting out a call for short films with a runtime of under 20 minutes. You got a film that last five seconds? Submit it! Five minutes? Submit it! 20 minutes? Submit it! 30 minutes? No. 30 minutes is too long. Take it somewhere else.

We are looking across all genres. Got a short documentary? We want to take a look. A nonlinear, abstract video? We'll watch it! A student film that defies classification? Send it on in. You'll never know if you can make into the festival until you try.

Deadline for film submissions is Dec. 30. There is a $15 nonrefundable entry fee. Check or money order made payable to Indiana Players, Inc.

It's as simple as filling out an Official Entry Form to send in along with your entry fee and a DVD copy of you film. (Submitted DVDs will not be returned and will be recycled.)
