Key Agreement for “The Philadelphia Street Playhouse” 
 
 

By signing the below, I acknowledge that I have received a key for “The Philadelphia Street Playhouse”.  This key pertains to I-dent Key Code:           . I further agree that the use of this key will be used only for activities pertaining to the Production / Event for which this key is being provided.  It will not be used for any other activity not related to the Production / Event.   
 

It is further agreed that additional conditions will apply to the handling, possession and use of this key. Some of these conditions are addressed in the “Theater Manager Requirements” Manual, which is being provided to the recipient with this agreement. It is further agreed that should any other document be in effect with the person and / or group “associated” with the acquisition of this key, those conditions will be considered. 
 

In lieu of any negotiated, assumed or believed conditions, the below will remain in full effect: 
 

Your key must remain in your possession at all times. You are not permitted to “cut” another key from this key or any other key to “The Philadelphia Street Playhouse”. Your key must be returned to the Theater Manager of IPI within one (1) week following the end of your Production / Event. It is further agreed that your key may not be passed along to any other person, individual or entity for any purpose or reason without the expressed written permission of the Theater Manager. If the prior condition is not adhered to or if your key is lost, stolen or not available for return when required, the following applies:

 

You and / or your group will be responsible for paying all fees for having all three- (3) locks changed and the cutting of fifteen (15) new keys, which pertain to the locks at “The Philadelphia Street Playhouse”. AND for any theft, loss of any kind or damage which has resulted from the illegal use or loss of your key which can be reasonably proven in a Small Claims Court or a Court of Law.
